Information and consent to the processing of personal data and use of cookies

This privacy policy is provided as information pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and pursuant to art. 13 GDPR 679/2016 European Regulation on privacy, as well as pursuant to the Provision on cookies n. 229 of 8 May 2014. The purpose is to inform visitors to the site about the use of the data entered and the cookies used by the site itself.

Information pursuant to art. 13-14 of the GDPR

The processing of personal data communicated by visitors to San Michele Suites through this site will take place according to the methods described below.
San Michele Suites is the data controller of the personal data communicated to it by visitors to this site.
Such data will be used by San Michele Suites for the purposes for which the subject to whom such data refers has given his/her consent.
Anyone who has provided their personal data to San Michele Suites, authorizing its processing for a specific purpose, will have the right, at any time, to exercise the rights referred to in the Code regarding the Protection of Personal Data (Legislative Decree 196/2003 ), art. 7 illustrated below.
San Michele Suites, through this site, collects anonymous data and information (browser type, geographical location, date and time) which it processes to achieve the best management and optimization of the site, as well as for statistical purposes and to collect more information on its products and the their consumption. This information may reside on the server but will in no case be communicated by the owner or its managers to third parties nor used to contact visitors to the site unless they request or consent.
The communication of personal data relating to a minor must be made by a parent or by a person who exercises authority over the minor.

Method of processing: the data will be processed with electronic and IT tools and stored on IT media in compliance with the security measures and protection of the security guarantees suggested by the GDPR.

Access to data: The data may be made accessible for the purposes indicated in the "purpose of processing" point:
– to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, in their capacity as internal data processors and/or managers and/or system administrators;
– to third parties (for example, providers for the management and maintenance of the website, suppliers, credit institutions, professional firms, etc.) who carry out outsourced activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as external data controllers.
